Additional photographers are available for £250 to cover the preparations. If you are both getting ready at the same venue it maybe possible to cover both without the need of the additional.

We request that group photographs are kept to a maximum of 10. Should you wish to have more please allocate the extra time within your schedule with your wedding coordinator before the wedding date.
Unless otherwise requested, we will start from the preparations (2 hours prior to the ceremony start time) right the way through to the evening party. Leaving after the first dance is not us, after all it’s not called the last dance for a reason.
No wedding runs exactly on time, and delays do happen. You don’t need to worry about us disappearing, we always confirm if there are any more photographs you would like us to take before I leave.
On average we provide 400-700 photos from all full-day wedding bookings.
Rest assured, we have a team of photographers and a network of contacts who will be there if the unforeseen were to happen on the day. It is our responsibility to provide you with a quality photographer or videographer in the event of any of us becoming ill. We are also fully insured, so we get the bill.
Yes please :) If we are there all day, it is requested that a hot meal is provided.
Yes, for anything A4 or smaller boots or alike is fine, anything above this size we encourage you to use a lab printing service to maximise the professional quality. After all you wouldn’t buy a pair of Jimmy Choo’s and then keep them in a Clarkes box.
All online galleries have a lab printing service attached for your convenience.
The first step is to request your quote (https://www.weddingvideo.co.uk/contact)through our website, and we will get back to you asap to learn more about your plans and prepare a quote. After that, it's just signing the contract and paying the booking fee.
A 50% booking fee secures your wedding date, and the remaining balance is due 4 weeks before the wedding. You may also spread the cost leading up to the wedding if you wish.
Depending on the time of year it's around 4-12 weeks.
Don’t worry. Everyone carries a full replica backup kit, we even bring a change of outfit. Now that’s organised.
Wedding photographers are booked years in advance. We always recommend you book as soon as possible. Remember, get who you want, not who is left.
We shoot in colour and edit the ones we think will benefit from a black and white edit, so you’ll have a mix. If you want any images in black and white or colour let me know the file number, and I’ll happily convert them for you.
Yay, I love new venues, and this is a positive, not a negative. Fresh eyes on a venue can help us spot things that the regular photographers no longer see, plus you don’t want the same photos as last week’s wedding.
We are always smart. Plus your guests will take their own photos that you will also want to cherish, and certainly you don’t want a scruffy photographer in the background.
