Insurance & Drone Documents

If your venue requires copies of our public liability and drone documents, you are in the right place. Below are the CURRENT documents.

 

Our public liability EXPIRES ON 8TH AUGUST each year and so this document will be updated annually. If you're on this page before that date (and your wedding is after that date) please come back to this page and re-download this closer to the wedding if the venue requires it now.

 We have a separate Public Liability insurance for the drone.  This EXPIRES ON 5TH MARCH each year and this document will be updated annually after that date. If you're on this page before that date (and your wedding is after that date) please come back to this page and re-download this closer to the wedding if the venue requires it now.

We do not require an electricity supply from your venue. We will not be plugging anything in and therefore don't need to have/supply any PAT testing certificates. We are certified in Portable Appliance Testing and all of our equipment is bi-annually PAT tested. We have included a link to our PAT testing records and all equipment that's brought is up to date with its testing. We will not be placing or laying any cables at all. All cameras will be manned.
