Insurance & Drone Documents

If your venue require our public liability and drone documents, you're in the right place. Below is the CURRENT documents.

 

However, our public liability EXPIRES ON 8TH AUGUST each yeah and so will be updated after that. If you're on this page before that date (and your wedding is after that date) you will need to re-download this closer to the wedding if the venue requires it now.

 We have seperate Public Liability for the drone.  This EXPIRES ON 5TH MARCH each yeah and so will be updated after that. If you're on this page before that date (and your wedding is after that date) you will need to re-download this closer to the wedding if the venue requires it now.

We do not require any electric from your venue. We will not be plugging anything in and therefore don't need to have/supply PAT testing certificates. We are certificated in Portable Appliance Testing and all our equipment is bi-annually PAT tested. We have included a link to our PAT testing records and all equipment that's brought is up to date with it's testing. We will not be placing or laying any cables at all. All cameras will be manned.
